Richard Dole - Judge
After receiving a Bachelors of Music in Trombone Performance and a Masters of Music in Jazz Studies from Indiana University, Richard Dole moved to Indianapolis where he continues today to be a top call freelance musician on both bass trombone and tenor trombone in all genres. Richard has toured with the Smithsonian Jazz Masterworks Orchestra, Steve Lawrence/Edie Gorme, Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra, The Four Tops, Temptations and Barry Manilow. He also is a member of the Buselli-Wallarab Jazz Orchestra since it's inception in 1994. Richard is a first call sub for the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra and the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra. He can be heard every Tuesday at The Aristocrat Pub & Restaurant leading his own jazz trio. He also can be heard every Saturday night at 8pm co-hosting the radio show 'Have You Heard' on WICR 88.7 fm.
